This remodel of a property was truly a grand design, featuring a 3x2 metre roof lantern and a 4.5 metre wide set of bi-fold sliding doors. It transformed an existing rear extension and lean to conservatory into one open family sized space.
Currently we are now landscaping the rear garden area, to include 100metres of limestone paving, rail sleepers, new turf and construction of a potting shed.
Two storey side extension to provide garage, shower room and utility to ground floor with bedroom and bathroom to first floor with remodelling to stairwell/landing.
Final stage to a very large extension to provide annexe living accommodation to ground floor with two large bedrooms and en-suites to first floor and enlarged landing.
This contract was a rear extension with remodelling internally to provide large kitchen and diner, existing kitchen was converted to downstairs w/c and storage, most of original wall was removed to provide a modern comfortable living space, topped of with a truly fabulous kitchen and contemporary tiling.
